Job summary

Rymco LLC is seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Manager to lead our team across our retail locations. Earn up to $20/hour base plus commissions (up to $27/hour) and up to $1,500/month in store bonuses.

This role requires driving performance, training staff, and executing local marketing initiatives to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service and sales, 1+ year in management, and holds a valid driver’s

Ability to work retail hours:
Monday–Saturday: 9 AM–8 PM
Sunday: 12 PM–5 PM(hours subject to change)
