Dunkin’ Crew Members are the heart of our restaurant. They create positive guest experiences by preparing high‑quality food and beverages, delivering fast and friendly service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast‑paced setting, take pride in great customer service, and thrive as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service
• Prepare and serve Dunkin’ beverages and food items according to brand standards
• Accurately handle cash, credit, mobile orders, and loyalty transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and workstations
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
• Restock products and supplies as needed throughout the shift
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders to meet service goals
• Uphold Dunkin’ brand standards and store policies at all times

Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $13 per hour
