Job summary

Rymco LLC, an Authorized Retailer for Cricket Wireless, is hiring a Wireless Retail Sales Advocate to be the face of Cricket Wireless and deliver outstanding service.

In this full-time role, you will greet customers, present wireless plans, upsell accessories, hit sales goals, keep the store tidy, and assist with promotions. English required; base pay $20/hour plus commissions. Top earners up to $28/hour. Hours: Mon–Sat 10:00 AM–8:00 PM; Sun 12:00 PM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed.
• 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred).
• Sales or marketing background (preferred, not required).
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities
