Logic Staffing, part of Array Corporation, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our Tacoma, WA team. The role covers unloading and loading, packing, RF order picking, and moving inventory with various equipment including forklift and reach truck.

Requirements include 18+ years of age, reliable transport, ability to lift 50 lb, and job endurance of 8–10 hours daily. The position offers a steady schedule and opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open crates and containers using hand tools to unpack items and inspect shipments for damage.
• Perform order picking via RF scanning and accurate packing, sorting, and labeling.
• Move inventory using forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker, reach truck, and handcart.
• Sort and store items according to procedures and maintain inventory records.
• Read requisitions, verify order accuracy, and load/unload delivery trucks.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in general warehouse duties.

Position: Forklift Operator

Location: Tacoma, WA

Pay: $19/hour

Experience:

1. 1 year of Cherry Picker and Reach experience is required.
2. 1 year of Crowne forklift experience is required.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm

Job Description:

1. Open crates and other containers using hand tools to unpack items received. Inspect shipments for damage and defects.
2. Order picking via RF scanning.
3. Packing, sorting, and labeling.
4. Moving inventory to various locations manually and by operating mechanical equipment, including forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker, reach truck, and handcart.
5. Sort and store items according to established procedures
6. Maintain computerized inventory records, take physical count periodically, and check against inventory control totals using computer.
7. Maintain custody receipts for items being repaired and loaned out temporarily.
8. Read and fill requisitions for stock items. Verify accuracy of orders pulled.
9. Load and unload delivery truck by hand or by use of hand truck.
10. Performing other warehouse duties as needed
11. Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties including lifting, carrying, etc.

Position Requirements:
