Town Pump is hiring a Cooler Stocker at our Belgrade location. This entry-level role keeps cooler products stocked, organized, and easy to shop, helping the store run smoothly during your shift.

We offer flexible scheduling, with full-time or part-time options, competitive hourly pay from $19 to $20 plus a $1 shift bonus on certain shifts, and a benefits package including 401(k), health, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, PTO and education reimbursement.

• This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required.
• We're looking for team members who are dependable, able to follow directions, and willing to stay active and on their feet during your shift.

Responsibilities

• Stock drinks and cooler items accurately and keep shelves full
• Rotate products and check dates to ensure freshness
• Keep cooler areas clean, organized, and well-presented
• Remove outdated or damaged products
• Help put away deliveries and manage back stock

• $19/hr 8am-4pm
• $19.50/hr + $1/hr Shift Bonus 4pm-12am
• $20/hr + $1/hr Shift Bonus 12am-8am
