Job summary

Schnuck Markets, Inc. is hiring for a customer service role. The position requires friendly, attentive service to shoppers and reliability in attendance. Employees will bag items, load purchases into carts, and assist customers to their vehicles as needed.

Training is provided at store level. The role includes lifting up to 50 pounds, standing 4-8 hours, and working outdoors in seasonal weather. Benefits and typical store operations are described by the employer.

TRAINING

• Must be able to push 3 to 5 carts at a time
• Able to work outside in seasonal weather
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Working on feet for entire shift (4-8 hours)

Additional Requirements – Internal Candidates:

• Store/Facility Teammates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred.
• Store Support Center Teammates:minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred.
• Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline).
• If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.

Compensation Pay Range:
