Schnucks Markets, Inc. in Twin Oaks, MO is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide friendly, courteous service and handle bagging, cart duties, and customer assistance at the store level.

Training will be provided at store level. The role requires reliable attendance, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and working on feet for 4–8 hours. Internal candidates with tenure may be preferred and may require manager approval for interviews.

Qualifications

• Six months employment with Schnucks preferred for Store/Facility Teammates
• One year employment with Schnucks preferred for Store Support Center Teammates
• Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline)
• If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance

PHYSICAL DEMANDS Bending Stooping Must be able to push 3 to 5 carts at a time Able to work outside in seasonal weather Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Working on feet for entire shift (4-8 hours)
