Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers.
• Greet customers prior to checking their order.
• Check out customer’s purchases accurately.
• Identify produce items and use produce and product codes.
• Distinguish between manufacturer coupons and Schnucks coupons; process coupons.
• Collect correct amount due from customer; process various payments (cash, checks, credit/debit, EBT, WIC).
• Complete register records accurately; maintain cash security.
• Bag customer orders; change receipt and coupon tapes as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned by store management.
