Barron Service Parts Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our automotive parts team in Snyder, Texas. This full-time role focuses on growing the customer base, promoting the NAPA product line, and maintaining strong relationships with wholesale customers.

The CSR will work with the store manager to achieve sales quotas, provide excellent service, and represent the Barron team professionally in a fast-paced environment. lifting up to 60 lbs may be required.

Description: NAPA Auto Parts is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing Auto Parts Team. Our NAPA Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are ambitious go-getters who not only find and win new customers but also promote the entire NAPA line of products and services to our existing wholesale customers. They also manage NAPA's relationship with the customers to enable them to increase their market share, profitability and return on investment. Partner with the Store Manager to enable NAPA to be the dominant supplier in the market. This is a Business to Business outside sales position.

Our Customer Sales Representative (CSR) understands and demonstrates basic selling skills such as preparing for the sales call, managing the customer/sales meeting, handling customer resistance, closing the sales and account maintenance. Build account base to achieve assigned sales quota as well as the store sales quota. Present, communicate and sell the NAPA products and value-added programs to both Automotive and Fleet businesses. Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a clean driving record
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Prior experience in a NAPA store or other retail experience in the automotive industry
• 2+ years experience in a customer focused role
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Effectively communicate, present and persuade
• Strong customer service with a positive and professional attitude
• Builds teamwork and collaborative relationships, execution and results
• Possesses problem solving and decision-making skills
