Job summary

Employers Options, part of Array Corporation, seeks a Janitor in Wailea, HI for a full-time, on-site role with a fixed pay of $18/hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 1:30pm to 10:00pm.

You will clean and sanitize offices and common areas, sweep and mop floors, dust surfaces, empty trash, and restock supplies, following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, common areas, restrooms, break rooms, and other spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all flooring surfaces.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, vents, and other surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling; replace liners.
• Clean windows, mirrors, glass doors, and entryways.
• Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and standards.
• Safely operate janitorial equipment and cleaning chemicals per safety rules.
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude with customers and coworkers.
