Logic Staffing in Groveport, OH is seeking a Forklift Operator for a full‑time/contract role. You will operate propane forklifts to pull, stage and move inventory, complete required paperwork, and assist with pallets and displays in a fast‑paced warehouse.

Requirements include 2 years Reach Truck experience, ability to use stand‑up and sit‑down lifts, and passing a forklift exam plus on‑site driving assessment. Flexible shifts offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Reach Truck experience.
• Ability to use stand‑up forklifts and sit‑down propane lifts.
• Ability to pass a pre‑forklift written exam and an in‑person forklift observation/driving assessment.
• Strong safety awareness and reliable attendance.
• 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate a propane forklift to pull, stage, and move inventory across designated warehouse zones.
• Accurately complete required paperwork (T‑sheet and pick sheets) for each load.
• Assist with building and loading product displays and pallets as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper horn use and safe operation around pedestrians and equipment.
• Learn and navigate multiple warehouse storage zones as facility familiarity builds.
• Maintain reliable, consistent, on‑time attendance.
• Train on stand‑up forklifts as propane units are phased out.
• Shift flexibly between driving duties and hands‑on pallet/display work as business needs change.

9. Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
