Job summary

Greene Resources in Durham, NC is seeking a Clean Room Manufacturing Worker to join a growing and dynamic team. You will perform fabrication, assembly, or testing in a clean-room environment and operate equipment to complete assigned tasks.

The role requires prior manufacturing or machine operation experience, and you will work a 2-2-3 rotating schedule from 7:00pm to 7:00am with a $18 base pay plus a 15% night differential ($20.70/hr).

Qualifications

• Must have manufacturing experience.
• Able to wear PPE and work in a clean-room environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 11 hours) and perform duties safely.

Job Description

• Perform a variety of functions including fabrication, assembly, or testing in the production of electrical, mechanical, or other components/devices manufactured or assembled in a clean-room environment.
• Operate various appropriate equipment to complete work duties.
• Assist with setting up workstations.
• Follow written or verbal process specifications in completing all assignments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Must be comfortable wearing personal protective equipment or PPE (i.e., lightweight cleanroom suit, eye protection, gloves, etc.).
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, or move around assigned work location without limitation for extended periods of time (i.e., up to 11 hours at a time).
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom setting or in dirty/dusty conditions (depending on assigned department).
