$18.50+tips WED, THURS 9am-5pm BARISTA ATTENDANT

Town Pump is seeking a motivated and outgoing Store Barista Attendant to join our team. As a growing company, we offer increasing opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities:

1. Be primarily assigned to the STONE HOUSE COFFEE SHOTS of Town Pump, Inc. Convenience (“C”) Stores. Provide exceptional customer service, handle cash and accounting, stock, price, rotate, and display merchandise, and manage coffee counter sales and preparation.
2. Fulfill customer orders for food and beverages by following recipes for espressos, lattes, frappes, and coffee combinations.
3. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, build positive customer relationships, suggest products, and assist with merchandise locations.
4. Operate the cash register accurately, give correct change, process credit cards and checks, and complete shift paperwork. Maintain cleanliness of the coffee counter and answer phone calls.
5. Report any issues or policy violations to the supervisor, use safety equipment as needed, follow vendor check-in procedures, handle customer complaints, and utilize store logs and manuals.
6. Maintain cleanliness of the storefront, seating areas, parking lot, exterior windows, and sidewalks, including seasonal shoveling.
