ASG Home Care is actively hiring an Overnight Direct Support Professional to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across New Jersey. You will work one‑on‑one with clients, following each person’s ISP to promote independence and daily living success.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Prior caregiving, DSP, or human services experience preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference.

Position Overview as a Overnight Direct Support Professional

As a Overnight Direct Support Professional with ASG Home Care, you will provide hands‑on support that promotes independence, community engagement, and daily living success. As a Overnight Direct Support Professional, you will work one‑on‑one with individuals in both home and community settings while following each person's Individualized Service Plan (ISP).
