JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking a highly motivated and driven Sr. Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to work Onsitesupporting enterprise IT for our War-fighter customer who upholds America's status as the "Land of the Free" every day, at work, or at play.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support program and project management support as well as, serve as Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for a designated NAVAIR program.
  • Manageday-to-day cybersecurity activities, including the oversight of less senior staff and their assigned responsibilities.
  • Performduties of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) ISSO role, including:
    • Develop platform RMF authorization packages.
    • Prepare/UpdateRMF documentation.
    • PrepareIATTs and Use Case MFRs as required to support development and testing.
    • Preparefor CyberSafe authorization in parallel with the system authorizations.
    • EstablishCybersecurity policies IAW security control implementations.
    • Implementa Cybersecurity Plan.
    • Performasset and vulnerability management via VRAM reporting.
    • Performvulnerability assessments and system authorization activities through collaboration with SMEs (System Administrators, Network Admins, Lab Managers, Program Managers, and ISSMs).
    • Performsystem security assessments.
    • Evaluateand reportsoftware IAW DITPR/DADMS requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10 years of experience in Information Systems Security and Program/Project Management.
  • Experience withprogram/project management and customer interfacing at onboarding.
  • Experience applyinganalytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
  • Experience analyzingrequirements, status, budget and schedules.
  • Experience performingmanagement, technical, or business case analysis.
  • Experience collecting, completing, organizingand interpretingdata relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
  • Experience trackingprogram/project status and schedules.
  • Experience applyingGovernment-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
  • Experience as an ISSO in the following areas:
    • Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes.
    • Cybersecurity/A&A tools (i.e., eMASS, eMASSter, STIG Viewer, SCAP Compliance Checker (SCC), VRAM, and Visio).
    • IT Systems and Subsystems.
    • Project Management.
    • Written & Verbal Communications.
    • Teamwork & Collaboration.
    • Working on classified systems (i.e., SIPRNet) within secure environments.
    • Working on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of a given program and performing all functional duties independently and as part of a team in NAVAIR environments.

CERTIFICATION(s) (One of the following:)

  • CISM
  • CISSP (Associate)
  • GSLC

SECURITY CLEARANCE

  • Active Secret Security Clearance

EDUCATION

  • BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or an Information Technology. Allowable Substitution: 12+ years of related experience or additional 4 years of related experience with an AA/AS degree

COMPENSATION

The likely salary range for this position is $155,000 - $165,000 annually. This is not, however, a guarantee of total compensation or salary or any other compensation offered. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Rollout Systems offers a variety of benefits including health insurance with domestic partner coverage, company-funded health savings account and life and disability insurances, 401(k) matching, 401(k) profit-sharing, education assistance, paid time off, and paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, location, and schedule type.
