Base pay will be determined by the applicant's skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) plan.

Brookdale supports associates in their journey to U.S. citizenship by offering to advance naturalization (Form N-400) application fees, up to $725, for qualified associates with at least one year of service.

  • Depending on state regulations and certification, Medication Aides/Techs will administer or assist with medication and treatments as prescribed, observing and reporting responses.
  • Certified Medication Aides/Techs ensure the medication supply room is organized and assist with medication cart audits, providing accurate medication counts and coordinating with pharmacies.
  • Completion of required training/certification is mandated by state regulation.
