Job Description

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
• Minimum of three (3) years of IT business analysis or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of proven business analysis or project management, using PMI or IIBA methodologies and tools. Preference will be given to PMP or IIBA certified candidates.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware custom applications, quality management and ERP manufacturing systems.
• Business analysis or project management in a manufacturing facility. Medical device manufacturing a plus.
• Knowledge of software development in an FDA regulated facility.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages, especially C#.
• Proficiency with MS SQL Server and SQL Server Tools.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies.
• Experience with documenting requirements, and developing and executing testing plans to meet requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication, problem solving, and project planning skills are a must.
• Self‑motivated individual who communicates and influences with credibility and confidence; strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
