We’re hiring a Remote Manual QA Tester for the Digital Assets Team – Growth to Tech Lead!

Are you an experienced QA professional looking for an opportunity to grow into a Tech Lead role? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy shaping testing strategies? If so, we want you on our team!

This is a full-time position and remote

Responsibility :

• Perform functional testing to validate system behavior and business logic
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases focused on functional aspects
• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers for quick resolutions
• Conduct API testing and data validationto ensure accuracy and consistency
• Work with

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Take ownership of QA processes and drive improvements

Requirements :

• 2+ years of experience as a Manual QA Tester
• Strong understanding of functional testing methodologies
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps - an advantage
• Excellent analytical skills to identify root causes and troubleshoot issues
• Strong documentation and reporting abilities
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed team
• Desire to grow into a Tech Lead role and drive QA strategy
