Sweetgreen in Philadelphia is seeking a Team Member to join the 16th + Market location. You will deliver warm hospitality, quickly prep and serve fresh food, and ensure accuracy and quality in every order while keeping your station organized and safe.

Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced, guest-focused environments and are eager to grow into leadership roles. This role offers shift flexibility, meal benefits, and opportunities for advancement within 3 years.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and 40–50 lbs occasionally.
• Standing and moving for long shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
• Lifting: Routinely handling items up to 5-25 lbs and occasionally handling items 40-50 lbs
• Bending: For accessing low areas and handling items.
• Reaching: For accessing high areas and handling items, includes building salads and restocking ingredients
• Standing/Walking: Extended periods, including moving between areas
• Squatting: For accessing low areas and handling items
• Pulling: Managing tasks that require pulling items or equipment
• Manual Dexterity: Typing, interacting with systems, handling tools (knives, thermometers, POS systems), and managing cleaning tools
• Physical Mobility: Navigating stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and using equipment
• Physical Endurance: Maintaining energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak periods
• Coordination: Balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items or equipment in tight spaces
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
