The CFP will play a key role in helping families make informed decisions that guide them toward wellness and recovery. Drawing from their own lived experience, the CFP builds trust and respect, working closely with families to help them develop their voices and learn to use them effectively in their treatment and recovery. • Collaborate closely with physicians, treatment team members, and community resource agencies.
