The Demasker and Packager is responsible for removing parts from racks, cleaning them after the painting, anodizing, and plating processes, and ensuring proper handling for shipping. ESSENTIAL DUDTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure parts are dry and assist with drying process.
• Remove parts from racks without damage and verify quantities.
• Use a safety blade to remove masking and/or paint burrs from parts.
• Dip parts in tanks for cleaning/masking removal as needed.
• Prepare and ensure proper package parts for transport and shipping.
• Move parts to designated areas and departments using carts and pallet jack
• Alert management of quality and quantity issues.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICIATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
