Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician to support daily operations, maintain facility cleanliness, and perform light drywall patching, painting, and stock organization.

The role is onsite with potential night or weekend coverage for emergencies. A stipend for personal device use is provided, and the position includes a competitive hourly base salary with overtime eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance requests are carried out per service level agreements.
• Coordinate the distribution and response to all facility service requests.
• Participate in daily building inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct daily walkabouts focusing on cleanliness in bathrooms, break rooms and kitchens.
• Document and report maintenance requests to management.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and updates in the maintenance schedule.
• Maintain the maintenance database and ensure records are complete.
• Support office facilities, tools, equipment, and consumables inventory.
• Liaise with building services, security, access control and cleaning staff.
• Escalate non-performance to management and approve contractor documentation.

Also, performs physical labor in performing drywall patching, painting, stocking and organizing materials. This is a Monday through Friday position; however, needs to be flexible to provide coverage at night or weekends to assist if an emergency condition exists or to assist with client requirements. A monthly stipend will be provided to cover expenses incurred for using a personal device, if applicable.NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Hourly base salary for this position is $24.23 - $34.62 and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance to local state and federal ‘Wage and Hour’ requirements.All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.Employees receive paid time-off, medical, dental, and vision benefits, life and supplemental insurance, short-term and long-term disability, flexible spending account, and 401k retirement plan to create a rich Total Rewards package.Compensation Pay RangeFor roles residing in the US, we share pay and benefit levels to support pay transparency requirements.
