Responsibilities

• Bedienen der Euclid-LKW sicher und effizient zum Transport von Zuschlagstoffen.
• Voraus-Schicht-Inspektionen durchführen und Geräteprobleme melden.
• Sicherstellen von richtigen Abfuhrwegen und Entladeverfahren zur Produktionsoptimierung.
• Mit Vorgesetzten und anderen Bedienern kommunizieren, um tägliche Abläufe zu koordinieren.
• Alle Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Betriebsrichtlinien befolgen und Produktionsziele erreichen.

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.## **What You'll Be Doing*** Operate Euclid stock trucks safely and efficiently to transport aggregate materials throughout the quarry.* Perform pre-shift inspections and report equipment issues to support safe operations.* Maintain proper haul routes and dumping procedures to optimize production flow.* Communicate effectively with supervisors and other equipment operators to coordinate daily activities.* Follow all safety, environmental, and operational policies while achieving production goals.## **What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in an industrial or outdoor environment.* Strong commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.* Capability to follow operating procedures, directions, and production schedules.* Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and communicate equipment concerns.* Reliable attendance and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced quarry operation.## **Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.## **Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.## **What We Offer*** $26 per hour.* Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension.* Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays.Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
