What You'll Do:

  • Assist patients with prescription medications.
  • Receive inbound or make outbound calls while providing quality service and empathetically listening.
  • Utilize call center software to complete account research and update notes.
  • Place calls to insurance companies on behalf of patient needs.
  • Adhere to call center metrics and HIPAA regulations.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have a sense of urgency and be able to complete all requirements efficiently.
  • Previous call center experience (1+ year preferred).
  • Experience with high-volume calls and good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Must have a QUIET location at home to work.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Computer proficiency (able to learn new software and navigate multiple screens).
  • High School Diploma or GED.
