Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a full-time Warehouse Forklift Operator in Hobart, WI. You will operate a forklift, load and unload pallets, and pick orders while maintaining accurate counts and a clean distribution area.

You will collaborate with floor leaders and supervision to ensure safety, quality, and efficient material flow. This role is on the 1st shift with a pay rate of $25.54 per hour and benefits in a union environment.

Qualifications

• Operate forklift safely and perform required safety inspections.
• Load, unload, move, receive, order pick, and rotate palletized products in the warehouse.
• Work with supervision to verify product counts and complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Keep the distribution center and docks areas neat and organized.
• Assist with eliminating product and package damage.

Job Description:

• Have a working knowledge of the Warehouse Management System Drive a fork truck safely and efficiently including filling out required safety inspection reports and notifying leadership of unsafe conditions.
• Responsible for loading, unloading, moving, receiving, order picking, and rotating palletized products in the warehouse.
• Working with supervision and floor leaders to verify product counts and complete needed tasks.
• Keep the distribution center and docks areas neat and organized.
• Assist with eliminating product and package damage.
• Adhere to the TreeHouse Foods Code of Ethics Adhere to all health, safety, environmental, food safety, and quality standards.
• Other ad hoc items as needed.

Important Details:

• This is a permanent, full-time position on the 1st shift.
• In accordance with the union contract, the current pay rate is $25.54.
