Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality pediatric outpatient services and drive effective communication outcomes. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech disorders, while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to support child development.

This role requires a Master’s in SLP and Minnesota state certification (CFYs accepted). You will maintain accurate records and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in speech-language pathology or related field required.
• Must obtain Minnesota State Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (ASL/SLP). (CFYs accepted)
• 2 years’ experience working with children with speech disorders is preferred.

Our CTC Speech Therapist is responsible for providing best-in-class care and exceptional patient outcomes, duties include:

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

• Master’s degree in speech-language pathology or related field required
• Must be able to obtain proof of current or pending Minnesota State Certification in Speech Language Pathology (ASL/SLP). (Certification is obtained through a state-approved program and is valid for a minimum of 3 years from the date of accreditation. We also accept CFYs.)
• 2 years’ experience working with children with speech disorders is preferred
• Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Must possess outstanding time management skills and the ability to multi-task
