Description

Sigma Defense is seeking a senior Program Analyst to support Tactical Training Group, Atlantic (TTGL) in Virginia Beach, VA, as the Command and Control (C2) Warfare Area Training Lead. The role involves developing recommendations for integrating planning tools, shipboard systems, and technology to support team training for C4I and operational issues related to assigned warfare areas. Responsibilities include reviewing warfare doctrine, TTP, and best practices to ensure de-confliction between Naval and Joint or Coalition organizations, and providing training recommendations for warfare command elements, CSG, ARG, and ID for deployment certifications.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience at the senior trainer/evaluator level on a Strike Group (SG) or Numbered Fleet Commander (NFC) staff (or equivalent DoD staff). Knowledge of Cyber warfare principles, doctrine, and TTPs is essential, and JSAF operator experience is preferred.

This position is contingent upon contract award. The selected candidate will be offered the role once the contract is finalized, subject to successful award.
