This is a LATAM-based remote opportunity supporting a long-standing global client in the consumer products industry, ideally for candidates located in Argentina or Brazil.

Responsibilities
  • Managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of IT and technical roles, including software engineering, systems, infrastructure, and cloud.
  • Driving high-volume recruitment, balancing speed and quality across multiple open positions.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to deeply understand position needs and build aligned sourcing strategies.
  • Identifying, vetting, and presenting high-quality technical talent for both niche and volume-based hiring needs.
  • Managing pipelines across multiple systems and keeping accurate candidate records.
  • Contributing to market insights and process improvement initiatives to improve hiring speed and quality.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in technical/IT roles.
  • Prior experience supporting U.S.-based hiring teams and collaborating with remote stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to consult, advise, and influence.
  • Fluent English required (spoken and written); Spanish or Portuguese bilingual strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and CRM best practices.
