This is a remote position but must be willing to travel to client sites in Cincinnati, OH, Indianapolis, IN and Florence, KY occasionally.

Our Recruiter is accountable for:

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
• Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system
• Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices

• Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction

• Strong communication and listening skills to engage various audiences, verbally and in writing
• Proficient in using multiple systems, including Excel, Sharepoint, ATS and Job Boards
• Seeking a minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in a vendor neutral, industrial/warehouse capacity required.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $62k - $65k plus incentive plan, benefits and PTO

Schedule & Travel

Shift CST: Regular shift Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (must be flexible to client needs and may work 10am - 7pm CST during increased staffing needs)
