Job summary

Right at Home in Austin, TX is seeking compassionate caregivers/PCA for weekend/part-time roles. You will provide companionship, assist with daily activities, and support clients in their homes with respect and empathy.

Base pay ranges from $13 to $18 per hour with opportunities for training, paid orientation, and weekly pay via direct deposit. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred to reach clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with care for adults or seniors preferred.
• Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to reach client homes.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to start work promptly and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients – your caring presence brings comfort.
• Prepare meals – nourishing bodies and souls with love.
• Perform light housekeeping – keeping a safe, tidy home.
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide transportation to appointments (DL required).
• Communicate kindly with clients, families, and staff.
