Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Sarasota, FL. The ideal candidate is licensed to practice in Florida, holds current BLS, and is ready to deliver evaluative and therapeutic services to patients across settings.

This travel role offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, competitive compensation, benefits on day one, and a support team dedicated to traveler success.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license in Florida.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology; CCC-SLP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluation findings and goals.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and progress notes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care.
