Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Lewiston, Maine. You will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders, collaborating with a clinical team to provide high‑quality care in diverse settings.

The role requires a state license, BLS, and a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC-SLP preferred. Travel benefits and a supportive infrastructure are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license per state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders across diverse patients.
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluation findings and goals.
• Document progress and maintain detailed EMR records.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
• Maintain safety and infection control during therapy sessions.
