Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Lewiston, ME. The SLP will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders across age groups, with a focus on evidence-based therapy and patient-centered goals.

Start date 10/05/2026, 40 hours per week, dayshift. Travel role includes competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and support from a dedicated clinical team. Licensure, BLS, CCC-SLP preferred; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Masters Degree or higher of Speech Language Pathology; CCC-SLP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluations and goals.
• Maintain detailed documentation in the EMR and coordinate care with the team.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy home exercises and safety.
