Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lagrange, GA. You will evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain in a hospital, clinic, or rehab setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply; PT experience preferred but not required.
• Other licenses or certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and plan treatment based on assessments.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs and monitor progress.
• Implement therapy using evidence-based techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other staff to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients on home programs and injury prevention.
• Ensure a safe treatment environment and comply with infection control standards.
