Candidates must have at least 1 year of ICU experience, NJ RN license, and current BLS/ACLS. Preferred CCRN, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications.

Qualifications

• One year of ICU RN experience required.
• Valid RN license in NJ and current BLS/ACLS certifications.
• CTRN certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients, responding to changes in condition.
• Administer complex medications and treatments per critical care protocols.
• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment.
• Document assessments and interventions in the medical record promptly.
• Educate patients and families about ICU care and recovery expectations.
