Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced Infusion Center RN to join our IV therapy team in Vermont for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will have infusion/port experience, a BSN, and a current RN license, with BLS certification and CRNI preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have infusion RN and port experience.
• Graduate of an approved RN school of nursing.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• BLS from the American Heart Association.
• CRNI certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience; 1 year acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical infusion center care and essential administrative support.
• Ensure safe administration of intravenous therapies.
• Coordinate infusion services and contribute to workflows.
• Deliver safe and compassionate infusion therapy.
• Administer IV medications and therapies per standards.
• Monitor patient responses; ensure comfort and safety.
• Manage scheduling, prior authorizations, and clinical order reviews.
• Maintain communication with providers, payers and care team.
• Provide patient education about treatment plans.
• Assess understanding and document teaching efforts.
• Maintain thorough documentation in EHR and logs.
• Adhere to hospital policies for documentation and compliance.
