Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Radiation Therapist in Chillicothe, Ohio for a 13-week contract. You will deliver prescribed radiation therapies, verify patients, perform safety checks, and evaluate treatment imaging to ensure accurate delivery.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years clinical experience in radiation therapy, ARRT (R)(T) certification, an up-to-date state license, and BLS. Travel experience is a plus; you will collaborate with Radiation Oncologists and the care team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in radiation therapy.
• At least 1 year of travel experience preferred.
• Current ARRT (R)(T) certification and an active state license are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver radiation therapy treatments as per established protocols and physician instructions.
• Conduct patient verification and safety checks prior to treatment.
• Acquire and evaluate imaging for accurate treatment delivery.
• Review treatment plans and perform patient chart checks to maintain accuracy.
• Provide patient-centered care and educational support.
• Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists and the multidisciplinary team to ensure positive patient outcomes.
