As a Bridge Crewmember, you'll utilize a mix of heavy equipment, boats, and floating platforms to establish secure crossings over various waterways, contributing to essential infrastructure projects. Requirements: Attend a 14-week paid training program to gain skills and certifications in construction, engineering, maintenance, repairs, boat operations, and heavy equipment operations. Advanced certifications require additional full funded training programs. Pay and Promotion: Entry pay and promotions vary based on education level and qualifications.
