Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join their UK client team. This role focuses on delivering safe and compliant traffic management on site. Candidates should have relevant experience, be able to read CAD traffic management drawings, hold a UK driving licence, and pass Drugs & Alcohol checks.

The position requires NHSS knowledge and a commitment to safety. You will work with a crew to ensure high quality work plans and complete risk assessments,

Qualifications

• Experience in traffic management roles.

• Ability to deliver daily site briefings.
• NHSS site setup and RAMS awareness.

Responsibilities

• Driving an IPV.

Pinson TM are working with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK, and due to an increase in work, we are recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

• 12AB Traffic Management Foreman with IPV

Duties may include:

Driving an IPV.

Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.

Deliver site daily briefings.

Have a competent understating and implementation of ‘Raising The Bar’ document.

Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site TSCO or Operation Managers.

Work alongside your crew to ensure your teammates meet and maintain high quality work plans.

Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.

To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.

Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.

Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.

Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.

Complete Risk Assessments.

Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.

Skills & Experience

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
• Right to Work in UK
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points)
