Memorial Healthcare System seeks an experienced registered nurse to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The role requires one year of nursing experience and adherence to extensive credentialing for chemotherapy, pediatric, ICU and specialized areas.

RNs must obtain ACLS/PALS/NRP and fetal monitoring certifications as specified, with timelines for onboarding and orientation. Memorial emphasizes patient- and family-centered care and team collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• One year of nursing experience required.
• ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate required for RNs administering chemotherapy.
• APHON Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Card required within 12 months for those RNs administering chemotherapy for oncologic indications within pediatrics.
• ACLS required for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op and Specialty Procedural areas.
• PALS required for Pediatric areas with the exception of NICU; if RN is coming from a non-pediatric background, they have 30 days from date of hire to obtain PALS.
• NRP certification required for NICU; if RN is coming from a non NICU background, they have 30 days from date of hire to obtain NRP.
• Fetal Monitoring certification required prior to completion of job orientation.
• RN Fellowship specialties require one year RN work experience with the exception of the Refresh to Acute Care track.
• Newly licensed RNs have six (6) months to obtain ACLS and, or PALS.
