Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a Respiratory Therapist or Therapist Technician to join our Florida-based team. The role requires critical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to act decisively under stress.

Two years of clinical experience, including at least one year in a specialty area, is expected. NBRC credential is preferred, with NICU/Pediatric/Adult credentials such as NRP, PALS, and ACLS highly valued.

Qualifications

• Two years of clinical experience with at least one year in a specialty area.
• Must be licensed as RT or TT; NBRC credential preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program; additional credentials encouraged.

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Required Work Experience: Two (2) years of clinical experience with one (1) year in an area of specialty.

Other Information: Can be licensed as RT or TT. National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) credential is preferred. Department Specific Credentials Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) for NICU, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) for Pediatric areas Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) for Adult areas.
