Account Manager Responsibilities:
  • Developing and advancing strong relationships with customer end users (principals, administration, superintendents, board members, etc.) by understanding their individual business and overall staffing needs.
  • Proactively identifying and implementing work processes that improve speed, productivity, efficiency, cost, and/or the customer experience.
  • Overseeing a team who are responsible for the temporary workforce including, but not limited to, turnover, coaching, counseling, terminations, co-employment, sexual harassment investigations, acting as appropriate.
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:
  • Successful creation and maintenance of high-level strategic client relationships.
  • History of success in account strategy and management.
  • Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • 2+ years of high-level client account management, team leadership, and operations experience within the staffing, HR, or related industry and 2+ years of required people leadership experience.
  • Must be able to travel locally up to 50% for hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other applicable events and have a valid US driver's license in good standing.

Base compensation range: $56,500 – $72,000
