Position Purpose : Our Dishwashers will be responsible for executing a wide variety of tasks throughout the store. The Dishwashers ensure customer satisfaction by providing a clean and inviting department and eating area, and contribute to the production of department products for sale. A Dishwasher can work at a fast pace, has a keen eye for safety, and will be able to help execute an assortment of duties throughout the store.

Responsibilities : A Dishwasher is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.

A Dishwasher’s responsibilities include :

• Helping to break down deliveries, positioning cases of product in the warehouse, walk-in cooler, and walk-in freezer.
• Washing pots, pans, dishes, and other cooking implements and tools.
• Cleaning floors, walk-in coolers and freezers, production equipment, ovens, fryers, walls, fixtures, ceilings, and eating areas.
• Helping to prep products for sale produced in the department.
• Emptying trash receptacles, taking trash to proper bins or collection sites.
• Keeping work areas clean, neat, and orderly, including a well-swept department.
• Attentively rotating dated perishable products to ensure quality and safety.
• Performing all other related duties as assigned.

Employees may occasionally experience the following physical demands for extended periods :

Standing, sitting, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), stocking, pushing, keyboarding, telephone use, walking, bending.
