Job Description

• Work with the senior engineering team to design, build, and maintain real-time, closed‑loop HWIL simulation capabilities, including radar scene generation, signal injection, and data acquisition systems.
• Perform hands‑on testing of RF seekers, transmitters, receivers, and antennas within compact ranges and HWIL labs.
• Analyze complex RF systems, pre‑test predictions, and post‑test data to identify performance anomalies and root causes of failures.
• Develop and document test plans, procedures, and reports for acceptance testing of missile hardware.
• Collaborate with guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) engineers, algorithm developers, and software teams to integrate hardware and software components.
• Support HWIL missile guidance tests for various Army weapon systems.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in RF engineering, specifically HWIL or antenna range testing.
• Familiarity with RF antenna theory, radar signal processing, and high‑frequency hardware.
• Hands‑on experience with Spectrum Analyzers, Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs), Signal Generators, and Power Meters.
• Proficient in MATLAB, Python, or LabVIEW for test automation and data analysis.
