Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience as production or blending operator in manufacturing.
• Ability to read/write/communicate in English.
• Strong math skills and documentation accuracy.
• Familiarity with operator control panels and automated blending systems.
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machinery sequencing (startup/shutdown).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform blending activities to convert raw materials into finished beverages meeting quality specs.
• Execute batching tasks including equipment setup, cleanups, drum handling, and routine maintenance.
• Maintain GMP by keeping equipment and production areas clean and safe.
• Conduct visual inspections of materials and blends; document non-conformances and adjust as needed.
• Complete quality-related tasks according to procedures and work instructions.
• Operate multiple blending machines and monitor line inspections with quality checks.
• Monitor blending processes via computer terminals and follow Lockout/Tagout safety protocols.
• Safely operate forklifts as needed to support production flow.
• Provide coverage for other operators to ensure continuous plant operations.
• Maintain accurate production records and adhere to safety and quality measures.
