Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a General Production Worker in Franklin, IN. Pay is $20.00/hr plus a $1.00/hr shift differential, with 12-hour shifts (2-2-3). This contract-to-hire role is fully onsite in Franklin, Indiana 46131, with a pay range of $20.00–$21.00/hr.

The first and third shifts run 6:30 AM–6:30 PM and 6:30 PM–6:30 AM respectively. Responsibilities include loading materials, operating equipment, quality checks, packaging, palletizing, and maintaining clean work areas in accordance with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.
• Must provide steel-toed or composite-toed shoes.
• Reliable attendance and work ethic.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Load raw materials into production machines
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
• Conduct hourly quality inspections and record results
• Package finished products according to customer specifications
• Place finished products onto pallets
• Monitor product flow through processing machinery
• Inspect products for defects such as bubbles, burns, discoloration, or holes
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
