East Jordan Plastics is hiring for a Utility/General Laborer in Beaverton, MI. The role includes operating HI-LO equipment, moving product and materials, and supporting the production floor while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Schedule is 12-hour shifts, full-time, with competitive wages and benefits. 18+ with 1 year HI-LO experience and a valid driver's license are required, along with the ability to pass drug screen and physical.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 1 year HI-LO experience required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Operate HI-LO and other equipment in a safe manner.
• Provide support to the plant in relation to movement of product and materials.
• Move recycling material to and from staging area.
• Keep outside grounds clean and free from hazards (salting walkways, debris removal).
• Light janitorial work inside the plant.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
