Danone Minster is hiring a High Tech Operator to join our production team in Minster, Ohio. The role involves safely operating production equipment, loading raw materials, and verifying weights while maintaining quality and process control.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and a strong attention to detail. Open schedule with a 3-2-2 rotation, and opportunities for education reimbursement and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Technical education is a plus (Associate or Bachelor degree).
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays on a 3-2-2 schedule.
• Computer skills required for operating production systems.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• High mechanical aptitude is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and fluid control systems.
• Load raw materials and verify target weights via SPC.
• Troubleshoot process issues and maintain documentation.
• Perform quality checks on materials and products.
• Communicate with warehouse, distribution and quality teams.
• Maintain sanitation and housekeeping of work area.
• Document inventory and material usage.
• Contribute to safety, quality and efficiency improvements.
