Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services is seeking compassionate care staff to provide ADL support to residents with long term care needs and short term rehab clients on-site. You will work with a team to help residents reach their maximum functional abilities.

Experience with person-centered dementia care is preferred. Full time, part time, and per diem shifts are available, with a strong commitment to excellent attendance.

Certification or equivalent credentials are required to join our dedicated team.
