Job summary

Lake Park of Madison Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate care professionals to provide ADL support for residents with long-term care needs and short-term rehab clients. Team-based approach aims to help residents reach their maximum functional abilities, including person-centered dementia care.

We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts with a strong commitment to attendance and reliability. Certification is required to join our dedicated team.
